I could not find the 9.9 in the year you stated Mat, but I have ordered two props from iboats.com and had great service and prices.
The handle all expenses into Canada and will have it shipped right to your door for the exact quoted price given on that website.

Try that link and see if you can find yourself a deal there. I had a new prop shipped to my door for 94$ , prop was roughly 62$ and the rest was the shipping and handling fee's but it was still a great deal compared to what I could get locally in Ottawa. -
